Where to find Blue Wooper in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
If you're looking to procure the blue Wooper in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, there is an NPC in-game trade that will allow you to get it with ease. Here’s precisely where to find it:
- Load up Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
- First, catch a Paldean Wooper - guide for that can be found.
- Then, visit the Cascarrafa on the Paldea region map.
- Walk towards the fountain in the middle level of the town.
- Find an NPC with an orange textbox.
- Interact with them and trade a Paldean Wooper for a blue Wooper, named Manchester.

How to get Quagsire in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
After completing the in-game NPC trade to acquire a blue Wooper, it will evolve at level 20.
At the present time, this is the only known method to check these two water/ground type Pokemon off your hunting list.
